Design4U is a design firm with imagination and a wide range of in house capabilities. With over 25 years of product design experience, we focus on designing concepts that relate to todays markets. We have many furniture, technology, and other successful solutions in development and being produced today. We understand that unique and creative solutions are a priority for our customers. Our capabilities included 3D printing, vacuum forming, laser engraving, CNC machining, 4th Axis machining, injection molding, small assembly runs, and more.
ABOUT THE DESIGNER
Meet Keith
Keith E. Metcalf is a Senior Industrial Designer with over 25 years of design experience. He has a passion for all facets of design with a strong focus on furniture.
With an Industrial Design degree from Southern Illinois University, Keith went on to pursue a career designing a wide range of products including bicycles, toys, contract office furniture, electronics, and more.
Design4U was founded in 1998 as an innovative and integrative design studio. Operating as a holistic "maker" space, Design4U utilizes in-house capabilities and technology to create new and inspirational solutions for all markets.
Keith is an active participant in his community, continuously supporting the growth of young minds by advising local university students. He is married with two children living in Southern Indiana.
